A Level 3 Soil Survey, otherwise known as septic perc tests / perc testing, is a test to determine if your soil is suitable for a standard septic system. This test evaluates a given soils ability to percolate (“perc”) wastewater from a septic tank.
*This soil survey is required for septic permitting by the Georgia Department of Public Health. Our final report provides the following information for required permitting:
- Identification and mapping of existing soils classifications
- Estimated percolation values (perc rate)
- Depths to seasonal high-water table and bedrock
- Trench depth recommendations for conventional septic systems
*Advertised price is for 1 acre or less.
If you are unsure of your project size, or require a survey for over 1 acre, please complete the Free Estimate Request form below.
